Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund once the issue is verified.
Eligibility
- All claims must be made within 30 days of delivery (or attempted delivery).
- Please include your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue and packaging.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, unless defective.
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or wrong size/color selected.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.
- Items past the 30-day claim window.
How to Start a Return
- Go to our Contact Us page and submit a message including your order number, reason for return, and any photos or videos of the issue.
- Wait for a response from our support team. We’ll confirm the issue and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if needed.
- Do not return any items without approval — returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
- Our responsibility: If the issue is caused by us (defective, damaged, wrong, or missing item), return shipping is free — or we may replace the item without needing a return.
- Customer responsibility: If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g. change of mind, incorrect order information), shipping costs and any restocking fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Once a return or refund request is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or variant, please place a new order and follow this policy to return the original if eligible.
Late or Non-Delivered Orders
- If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us.
- After carrier verification, we’ll issue a replacement or refund.
Legal Compliance
This policy complies with standard e-commerce and consumer protection guidelines. In cases where local consumer law provides additional rights, those rights will apply.
